Quick report
We had a fully overcast sky with small amounts of snow fall. A light western wind persistent all afternoon but didn't see any evidence of transport happening. We did find a few old healing wind slabs on the tops of rises mostly near the sw edge, not what I was expecting. Snow, what there was seemed stable but you could feel the november raincrust under foot.

Snowpack
We dug a pit at 7.6k in a western aspect, tho pretty much on the top of a rise. We found three distinct layers of faceting snow separated buy two rain/freeze thaw crust. We got an ECTN 3 at 27cm between the faceting surface snow and the November rain crust. And an ECT 15 at 13 cm at the transition between the October facet layer and a melt freeze crust below it. Skiing was heavy and slow, not very enjoyable but still a fun time out in the mountains.
