Avalanche

Hubba Hubba ice crag, right off of icicle creek outside of Leavenworth. Saw the slides happen at the base of the ice after snowshoeing up about 1200 ft.

Two wet slides on the north facing slope of the Icicle Creek canyon, around 10am-noon and within an hour of each other. The first one was pretty large, came right over the top of the ice and slid right over similar debris we thought was from the day before. Second one was a smaller version of the same slide, from climber’s right of the ice.
