A surprising amount of snow on the ground! Enough to have fun and only be medium concerned for rocks… still low tide enough to stay very conservative and backseat. New snowfall felt medium density but was recieving a descent amount of direct sunshine today. No concerning avalanche signs were observed. Dug to the ground at 4912’ on a NW aspect and found 65cm snow height and a notable rain crust 45cm from the ground.
