Sun and wind crust on SW aspects

Dropping into Mongolia bowl from the ridge into open trees facing the sun, there was thick crust making it very hard to turn. Once you made it to the bottom of the bowl into the denser trees the powder was light and fluffy which made for a more enjoyable ski out to the cross country track
