big white: bellow cliff chair

snowpack failed at weak layer CTH-27 @ a depth of about 89cm. 20-30cm of new snow sitting on top of a thick hard crust layer (approx. 20cm thick). Note: test was done on the east facing aspect below the lake so test results are expected to be an outlier.
