-
The heat quickly got to the south facing slopes, but I observed very little wet activity. North facing slopes held good snow well into the afternoon.

A nice cool and beautiful morning with just a few new inches at the trail head. The storm was a nice little re~set that helped fill in old tracks and made for a good day of riding and turning.
A few minor shallow wind slabs on north and east facing slopes. These were very isolated, did not involve much snow and not a big hazard.
The new snow was melting quickly down low on the highway.

-
I did not see any new wet activity, but the new snow quickly became damp and unstable on the south side of the compass. A low hazard in the morning, rising to moderate with heating.

Some very minor cracking and both hard and soft wind slabs off the ridge lines. These were quite isolated and pockety and did not generally pose much problem, quickly breaking up as they moved down hill. Felt like the hazard stayed low on the north facing slopes.

A nice little re~set today with about 6" new medium density snow that helped to fill in old tracks. The riding and turning on south facing slopes was short lived before the new snow became damp. On the north side of the compass, quite nice powder that held up for a good portion of the day.
