Lightnigh Strike NE

25-30cm of recent storm snow overlying the Feb 1st layer. Minor cracking observed to below the storm snow with moderate sudden shears. The Jan 17 layer down 45cm with decomposing Surface Hoar to 10mm in this location producing hard resistant compression test shears and ECTN. For the time being the overlying slab does not seem to have propagation propensity.
