Wendy Thompson Hut Trip

Spent three days (Jan 7-9) at Wendy Thompson hut. Rode soft snow from the Friday storm on the 7th and 8th. Woke up today (Jan 9) to 35cm of overnight snow. Rode open treed slopes. Triggered one small (s1) storm slab on a convex roll. Slab broke 35cm deep and 3m across and ran ~100ft, and broke below my skis. No pictures of slab or crown, sorry! Other than that slab, most steep slopes were producing dry loose slides.
