Surface Hoar near Whitewater

Compression Test Moderate (11 taps) with Sudden Collapse fracture character. Extended Column Test Moderate (11 taps), propagated whole block. Tests failed on the Jan 11 surface hoar, 40cm below the surface. The buried surface hoar was large, 8-15mm.
