- <p>Did not see any significant activity - maybe a few loose sluffs, small slabs in steep cliffy terrain. Not quite enough water weight yet to overload the preexisting weak layers, which is basically the entire pack. </p>
Snow is still relatively shallow for this zone. Felt like we were turning in a sand box. The new snow is nice but the underlying snow is weak and sugary. Pole plants go straight to the ground.
Snowpack
8" powder on top of facet pile. Low angle rode well though still sinking to ground when getting off sled.
