Quick report
Warm temps and some green housing has continued to settle out the new snow from last week, settlement cones at the base of the trees are becoming larger. Snow at the upper elevations is a combination of wind crusts and settled dense powder, lower down in elevation all aspects were damp to some degree. Pics, wet roller balls under the rock slabs, also wet activity East facing 9500ft, cinnamon rolls down lower.
Not sure what is going on with the weather but it might be a good idea to keep an eye on the temps tonight. If the cloud cover keeps things from freezing and seizing tonight might want to watch the mid and low elevation slopes tomorrow, for increasing wet activity. Snowpack
Snow was damp on the south side on the way to Cardiff Fork, also noted damp snow at the mid elevations 9,000ft and below on all aspects, a cool breeze from the West kept the upper elevations in Cardiff from becoming damp.
