Heavy snow on top of Hallow base. Upside down. Lots of new activity in that zone. Wind packed. Followed by warming with crust layer starting on surface.
Avalanche
9500ft, NE. The last of three skiers triggered a deep layer avalanche. The third skier heard a loud settlement/woomf after second skier dropped in. When third skier dropped it triggered a avalanche that spread over a large distance across both the shoots on the sledski zone first ridge. These shoots have been skied every storm by many skiers.
