Cornice at the top of Two Oceans Mountain is about to go. We were well away from the edge near some exposed ground and rocks to transition and thought we were a few inches above solid ground, but I fell through waist-deep and some very long cracks propagated around us. Should have taken photos but we were spooked and got out of there. Saw some other skiers in the distance so just a warning to anyone else skiing the peak soon to travel below the top ridge. Snowpack collapsed under my weight but didn't fully release the cornice and cracks propagated extensively beneath us.
