Snowpack
We observed ~50 cm of new snow over the old snow surface. A 2 cm wind crust was found 30 cm down, producing test results of ECTN29 and CT24 SP.
At 41 cm down, we identified a 2 cm rime crust. Facets were present as a secondary grain type both above and below this layer.
At the new/old snow interface, 54 cm down, we observed a 2 cm layer of facets sitting atop the old snow. Test result: CT30 SP.
