- <p>Skinning up Highline on an established skin track at least two days old, got a huge collapse when I made a kick turn a few feet past the established track. It was on a 35*ish slope just over the edge of the ridge that the skin track ascended. The collapse was very loud and seemed large, but nothing moved. I was surprised to have collapsing in an area that had seen a bunch of people skinning up beside, and having skied in the area the past couple of days I hadn't heard any other collapses anywhere. It was a good reminder of what we're dealing with.</p>
