Saw a white rabbit then found some buried surface hoar that even Grace Slick wouldn't be able to ignore. Well preserved up to 14mm big at 21cm below the surface. Slab above wasn't cohesive enough to get any interesting results but it will take a lot to break this stuff down.
Facets at 17cm to the ground were 4F-1F and rounding. Took a lot of effort to pry the single and extended columns from the pit base after tests were completed. Still a planar fracture at the PWL interface but definately going in the right direction.
