Good skiing as upper and mid elevations. 20-30cm fresh snow with sloughing in steeps and limited instability. Recent wind transported snow was more reactive on S aspects; however, it remained isolated with some steep S facing terrain skied and only sloughing observed. Observed instabilities were isolated. We observed multiple AS-D.5>1 avalanches involving new snow and recently wind transported snow as well as a few cornice releases. There was one reported instance of cracking in a wind loaded area (10k NE aspect) that did not result in an avalanche. Mid storm crowns were observed on mostly high elevation E facing aspects.

Cold, relatively calm, and clear. You could feel the heat in protected areas; however snow at mid>upper elevations didn't seem effected. S facing terrain at mid>lower elevations was beginning to show signs of warming (heavier snow, N-D1.5 @ 8500').
Snowpack
At 10k HS ranged from 175cm to nearly 3m. The snowpack felt right side up with probing and the bottom 10-20cm appeared to have a FC layer; however, it had resistance to probes and was without a hollow feeling.
Avalanche
No record worthy avalanches were observed; however, there were multiple AS avalanches ranging from D.5-D1. These small slabs were all at high elevation on easterly aspects with limited propagation and ran slowly. In steep terrain slough was widespread.
