Quick report
New snow is warming on southerly aspects, allowing for wet loose activity. We anticipated this, and used mitigation strategies to manage the problem. Sluffs did grow wider than expected, but overall depth was no more that 4cms at the new-old snow interface.
Avalanche
While descending the skiers left side of Red Lady Bowl, skier 1 + 2 triggered two D1 wet loose avalanches, which ran to shortly before the first major bench.
