Excellent riding today in Ursus trees. The skin up Connaught valley has recovered nicely, with only one or two bare patches at the beginning of the track (no walking necessary). The skiing above 1800m was light and fluffy.
We saw and heard multiple large avalanches on the north face of Cheops. There was a size 2 avalanche at around 10:30AM that ran down STS couloir. We were unable to visualize the other avalanches due to poor visibility.
