Chilling at Red

Spent a few days at red. Alpine was super wind affected and crusty. Skiied the NW aspect slopes near the cabin and found no signs of instability just great powder. Snow depth was 210 cm at the cabin. Lots of wind redistribution going on while we were there, winds were ~20km/hr on Jan 3.

Constant light snowfall from Jan 2nd to 3rd with light winds. Roughly 15 cm accumulation. Winds were burying skin tracks in unsheltered zones among the treed slopes, but no crusts we're developing in those areas.
