Montana Bowl

Relatively unreactive (throughout 6 compression tests in various locations). Tests at this location (W aspect @2350m) produced CTH28 down 75cms on top of the Dec 1. RP above the crust on size 3 facets. Dec 1 was 15cms of laminated crust/facets between 75-90cm down. We were avoiding wind affected snow and possible isolated windslab in the recent storm snow. Stayed out of windpressed and lee loaded (North) slopes. Riding quality was okay. Ski pen was only around 15cms. Didn’t observe surface hoar anywhere today.
