Quick Observation

155cm snow depth slope ~25-30 degrees There was signs of wind drifted snow ECT dug to ground results Hard. (30 hits no result) Top 20 cm fist snow quickly becoming one finger snow. Jumped onto the column and it stayed together as it slid off the 10 cm storm crust 65 cm down. Column test nearby also had Hard results and with a firm shovel tug the entire column tipped over all the way from the ground. Day started cloudy and cold, the hoar frost on the surface snow along the ridge appeared to be breaking down then in the afternoon at the false summit visibility was poor due to clouds and snow. Wind drifted snow and snow falling was beginning to fill our skin track from the morning along the ridge.
