Quick report

Wet loose throughout the day. The forecast for today was valid and we saw evidence to substantiate it. Throughout the day all teams saw roller balls and wet loose avalanches. There was even a slide on Lane Peak on the North facing slope. We also observed a glide crack coming off the Wilson glacier towards the Nisqually Glacier (east aspect).

Weather

The sun was full blast early in the morning. Around noon thin clouds came in and stunted the sun's power. No precip nor wind.

Snowpack

Ski Pen: 3cm; boot pen: varied 10-20-cm.
