Quick report
Toured mostly on supported solar aspects today. Steeper southerlies had a breakable crust to them. Noticed some dry-loose debris on steep terrain mostly under cliff bans. Tracks have been placed on pretty much every run in Bagley Basin with no signs of instability. Some big cornices are lurking at the tops of ridge lines (see photo). Our group stopped to check out a 25° northerly test slope above iceberg trees to investigate the recent storm snow. Dug approx. 170 cm down and exposed two storm layers above the 1/10 interface (see photo). Observed no signs of instability with CT. Performed a deep tap test and also found no signs of instability.
