Shooting cracks observed at the upper ridge going into the East bowls of Slab Butte. Storm slab avalanches easily triggered off ridge. Apologies for no pictures. Visibility was so bad I was unable to capture the triggered slides. Strong wind blowing to the NW carried snow over the Slab Butte ridgeline. This in conjunction with the falling snow made for wind loaded storm slabs in the E aspect bowls of Slab Butte.

Snow storm averaging S2 throughout the evening. Visibility was trash. Accumulating snow was very wet and heavy.
