Recent soft snow drifting into wind slabs. We easily intentionally triggered a small slab on a test slope. The 4F slab failed on the bed surface. Shooting cracks were observed on a very low angle slope to the right of the Tuckerman Ravine Trail. Wind speed was increasing, transporting snow was observed at the ridgelines.
