Zoa Peak

Day 2 of an AST2 course in the Coquihalla area. We dug a pit 88 cms deep at 1700 meters on the east aspect of Zoa Peak. No result on compression test. Snow was well consolidated with about 10 of new on a thick crust. We saw some evidence of wet surface slides that had been snowed over prior to us being there.
