Quick report
Dug a pit at 7840ft, N aspect, to check on the weak layers. This was below the rain line from 12/16, as evidenced by a breakable 2cm rain crust at the surface. HS 67cm. ECTP11@29cm (38cm down). Failed and propagated on what appeared to be a decomposing facet/ice cluster/crust combination below the new snow from the weekend.
