8" of cold, low density snow in wind sheltered areas. It was so low density that everywhere I looked, it was weaker than the old facets it landed on. Due to NE winds, exposed N, NE, and E start zones had either very shallow new snow or had been stripped down to old ice. Test slopes in wind sheltered areas produced dry loose results. My test slope options today for SW aspects didn't have enough snow for safe use.
