Photo shows a thin 1mm rain crust layer (blue) on the surface and a 1mm Rain crust or MF (blue) sandwiching last nights 6cm of snow. This is sitting on facets on the sun crust (red) from previous week. All that sitting on an upright pack. 1cm basal facets at ground. Did not take our skins off.
