Quick report
Overall observed a stable snowpack today with no obvious signs of instability or red flags. Evidence of minor wind loading from the west depositing snow on eastern slopes at the tops of exposed ridge lines. Dug a pit ( 8428' on east facing slope) at the top of our first run with the following results: CT17, ECTN 15 and PST 42/100. Identified problem layer from CT and for the PST was the 3-4mm basal facets.
