Traveled mostly west and northerly slopes. Snow line 3500ish, continuous beginning below 4k. Partially supportable crust in the shade, post-holing shin deep where unsupportable. It's gaiter and snowshoe season; snowshoes recommended above 4k on untrammeled snow that's clear to sky. Surface hoar to 1cm everywhere the sun doesn't reach; very pretty.
