Quick report
We didn't notice any glaring signs of instability under our skis while traveling today (12+" of new snow atop the crust was largely unconsolidated, and test slopes/small convexities were unreactive), but we stuck to mellow terrain given the weak layer uncertainty. We did observe two crowns (assumed to be skier-triggered) while skiing the Iceberg Lake trees (see photo). Both slabs fractured on steep, S/SW-facing pitches near cliff bands, and had notable propagation.
