Blewett just has 12” now. I had a little time, so I did a lil dig and was shocked by what I found right off the hiway. I dug to the ground and there was a thin layer about 5” down. There was another crust a few inches below that was sitting on AIR! I mean there was almost nothing in the couple of inches between the crust and the ground. For the hell of it, I did a quick, basic test, and the column collapsed on the first very light tap. If this is indicative of ground layers in this zone, hard times could be coming if the storm ever gets here…The snow was Light and skied Well.
