Snowpack

We noticed surface hoar in valley bottoms and shady well-spaced trees.  We noted much of it looked damaged by the warmth and/or wind.  7100' East: Height of Snow 145cm/5'.    No notable results or propagation in the Extended Column Test.  Overall, we found a rightside up snowpack that was well consolidated.  There was a fair bit of wind-damaged snow and stubborn windslabs in exposed terrain.  Sheltered aspects held soft and dry snow above 6,500'

The 1/3 Interface was found down 70cm, the 12/26 interface down 53cm, and 12/18 down 115 cm.
