Bow Summit Glades

Snow was wet and heavy below treeline early, around 10am due to warm weather overnight. If the clouds and snow hadn't moved in by 11am we would have headed out early, as anything in the sun at our elevation was getting sticky and heavy. Fortunately, the cloud cover was thick after 11 and skiing remained good (and got better) as the snow fell and the cloud cover cooled things off. Small rain crust on some surfaces near the lower elevations. No crowds! Just 5 other people skiing the area all day. Glades are a bit skied out right now.
