Skier-triggered avalanche

Skier-triggered size 1 avalanche on the SE face of Video peak while skinning up. The recent storm slab was the reactive layer, crown was ~30 cm. Avalanche started ~10 m above skier, carried them down 100m (as per GPS track). Skier was not burried, not injured. Heard 1 “whooph” as we started the steeper part of the ascent ~ 100 m below the peak, and that slid 0.5 seconds later. Slope was ~40 degrees.
