Mount Price and Barrier

Temperature was just below zero in the alpine and snow was wet and isothermic for the first 15cm with many a pinwheels and loose wet sluffs. Nothing large was produced and nothing natural was observed. There is a moderate sized cornice at the top of Price but is avoidable. The Barrier was cement and difficult to ski (no surprise) but still skiable.

Warm and humid with not much wind in the morning. Wind light in the afternoon.

Wet snow at 2000-1700m isothermic 15-20 cm down. Snow below 1600m isothermic 30+ cm down.
