Skied north bowl of Cheops. Up high in the bowl and the entrance was quite wind blasted, seemed like from all directions, but mostly northerly wind as the slope itself wasn’t too wind loaded. Lower down in the bowl it got a bit better, but snow quality was quite variable with breakable wind slab and some softer good powder. Last pitch before it goes under STS couloir was quite good, but apron/valley bottom of run was very bad super wind blasted. Not much avalanche activity besides some windslab potential up on the ridge, mostly on the bit above north bowl entrance onwards to the STS entrance. Super cold, didn’t manage to get many photos.
