Kootenay Pass, Baldy

Epic day. Rode steep N and NE slopes. Some sluffing of storm snow. Size 0.5 wind slab pocket released on the ne aspect of a cross loaded N couloir on a cornice release. No other avalanche activity noted. Very deep, good riding. Legends who put in the skin track. Boot to knee depth on the ski penetration. Cheers
