Pulpit knob

Lots of people at Pulpit today. About 50cm of storm snow since Dec 7 at Treeline. No cracking/whumpfing or reactivity observed while skiing steep untracked terrain. Test Profile at top of knob (2200m, E asp, 25 deg slope). Easy compression test, resistant planar, down 50cm on small Surface Hoar. This persuaded us to avoid the nice looking skiing off the E side of the knob.
