Shames

<p>Skied the shames backcountry today. Skiied west facing to south face alpine terrain. 60cm of well-bonded snow sitting on Dec 15 crust. Some minor wind transport evident at top of the north bowl that was reactive to skiier trigger (ski cut) several small pockets released to size one running less than 100m. Winds were light from the west in the afternoon at ridge top. Temps around -5. We had good visibility today and saw no evidence of slab avalanches. There has been some minor sluffing on steep unsupported terrain on all aspects. Ski quality today was AAA+</p>
