Pit profile attached. Poor structure. Old slide appeared to fail on an interface of facets, and a thin ice layer located mid-pack at about 42cm. Stability tests (CT and ECT) failed on this layer. Propagation was not observed in our test pit, suggesting the weak layer may have healed a bit since the natural release occurred. Shooting cracks along the flank of the Blueberry Knoll slide. Otherwise, no signs of instability.
