Very wide avalanche on the steep SE facing cliffs above West Porter. Likely ran on the old snow sun crusted surface.

Many more connected avalanches failing within the new snow at a density change that occurred early on in the storm. Many of the exposed slopes that had slid at at ~1:00 PM had filled back in with a combination of new and wind loaded snow. Test slopes where the bed surfaces had filled back in completely were un reactive.
