- <p>No roller balls observed. Before last climb up, while putting my skins on, my boot would punch through the snow surface. The snow was becoming unsupportable at 8100'.</p>

Good refreeze in the morning. Turning to nice corn on E aspects by 1000 hrs. E aspects were good until 1130 hrs. S aspects were OK at 1200 hrs. but fading fast. Skied from 9000' to 8100'. Did not ski on North aspects because of breakable crust.
