Quick report

Exact location: 41deg 28.1973, -111deg 28.8745

I dug a quick pit:

total snow depth 180cm

32 deg slope angle

NE aspect

CT 1 @ 165cm

CT 13 @ 120cm

CT 18 @ 100 cm

the 165 and 120 showed weakness on the previous 2 storms snow surface. the CT 1 was surprising from the observations while riding. I did not notice the top layer sluffing off as I would expect from a CT 1 result.

The CT 18 @ 100 had a Q1 sheer. It did not slide off on its own weight, but was a very clean sheer once pulled off.

no propagation results with an ECT. I did get it to fail on the same layers as the CT, however no propagation as hard as I could hit it.
