Quick report

Skinned up to 9,200. HS 100cm deep where we dug with 32cm of newly accumulated snow. Pit was in kind of a funky spot near some air pockets caused by plants at the ground potentially interfering with results. Interesting ECT results showed fractures with no propagation on a melt freeze crust ~30cm down. We got an ECTP30 at a lower melt freeze crust that sheared on both the top and bottom surfaces. Faceted layer at the base had highly variable melt-freeze crusts throughout (which could have been extra funky because of nearby air pockets).
