- <p>Still finding a poor structure in the mill creek area with the rain crust and faceting beneath. Didn't dig much but the monster collapses that we felt were enough of a warning. Recent natural avalanches- hard to tell when they ran and excatly how deep because there was a lot of new snow on the bed surface and the bed surface was indistinguishable. Guessing 18"inches deep.</p>

- <p>Recent avalanches and a noticeable instability in hand pits (18" down), shear test easy.</p> <p>Not out of the woods with the persistent slab problem as noted above by the collapses we felt. </p>
