Quick report

Today my touring partner and I skinned into King Ravine to take a look at the snowpack that has developed thus far for the 24-25 season. We were able to skin through the boulder field and into the zone just below the "7". My probe read 240cm in that area. I dug down 150cm, which was pretty much a cohesive wind slab. I performed an ECT which gave no result (ECTX). I did not find the December ice layer. We skied out of the ravine on the wind board and had nice powder turns on Short Line back to the car.
