Quick report

Wanted to check in on Huntington and see where we were at for snow loss. The fire road and its many water crossings are still in tact but very thin and undermined in spots. Had it not been firm and below freezing I would have been post-holing into water. The fire road as of today was still ski able with a few dry sections that you need to walk briefly. Central and South appear to be disconnected. Didn’t get eyes on much else from tree line. While there at about: 1430 the precip was mixed with ice pellets being the dominant form. Winds were light and the sky was ovc. Temp was approximately 29°f. Beforehand it was evident that there was freezing rain only at one point due to trees and rocks having a coating.
